The hydrating face moisturiser has been pretty much a needed add on to my routine that I never knew I needed. It is very light and has shea which has always been good for my skin. It also has a nice scent to it.

I have been using for close to a month I believe and I'm impressed. My skin has become a bit less greasy and just looks and feels that bit better. I was previously just using and face wash that my missus bought, but I have been using this religiously since buying. I would love to see some face wipes, an exfoliating wash and/or a mask please!

Received the full starter kit. Had previously had a similar skin care routine of face wash, toner and moisturiser but came across tmpl on insta and wanted something specific for my dark skin. Been using this for about 3 weeks now, and I've consistently been using the routine day and night. It's still early days but my skin feels great and hasn't had any adverse reactions to the product. Toner feels good to apply and the moisturiser is perfect, doesn't leave your face oily yet sufficiently creamed (pause). Will continue to use and will monitor how my skin does alongside the other good habits recommended on the tmpl website. Very happy with the purchase.

Tried a few different skincare products but felt that they were generic products that weren’t necessarily designed for a melanated man. TMPL’s slogan about skincare for the mandem really struck a chord with me because I believed it was designed with people like me in mind. The products are great, very simple to use and the overall marketing just improves the overall experience. Big fan of the brand, I’ve got my subscription set up and plan to be a long time consumer. I love using this product and I would continue to use it for the foreseeable future, but I have it 4/5 because I wanted it to arrive faster (it’s the only product I use for my face) and sometimes things happen so I would need a new one asap. So I just wish it comes faster (I guess am just grumpy I can’t get it the next day or something)

I’ve been using tmpl skin care day & night for about 2 weeks now, and already noticed my skin is much softer and smoother with a shinny glow, but it’s not greasy at all and it last all day. Don’t no why l didn’t use it smooth. Only cons l have is that the cream tub could have been a bit bigger. Tmpl care what a fantastic product keep up the good work you’ve got a fan for life.

The product makes a noticeable difference in how my skin looks and feels. There was a significant delay receiving the product but worth the wait!

Love the products! Have definitely noticed a difference in my skin since using so will certainly keep using them - although some things I found: the cleanser will run out far sooner than the toner and moisturiser, so unsure how the bundle can be labelled as a 2month supply; only two pumps are required of the toner (not 3-4 as suggested); I find the moisturiser still makes my face very oily so I only use a finger size amount. I also noticed during pre-sale there was no offer of wash bag and face towel, and now there is for new customers which is disappointing.

Been using the three step kit for nearly 2 weeks now. Can see a difference already and people close to me have asked what I've done to my skin as it looks a lot better. Loving the new design of the TMPL range, was using the older TMPL range before and I found there where good and worked really well, but the new products are now fragrance free and also the face cleanser and face toner come in slightly larger bottle now, so get a bit more product for your money. The face toner is now in a gel formula so I no longer have to spray the solution on to a cotton pad to apply to my face which I had to do with the other TMPL face toner , I just have to spray it to my hands on wipe it gently over my face and neck. Overall it just a great product for men, which I recommend to many people I know.

I’ve been looking for a product for black men for quite some time and have tried various products that don’t work for me as I have quite oily skin and always find that my face shines and gets very greasy throughout the day, even if I don’t use any products on my face, my face still gets so greasy. I came across TMPL one day when I was doing a Google search, on skin care products for black men, so I thought I would give the products a try. So ordered the starter skin care set. It arrived very quickly. That day I followed the instructions on how to use it, and I have to say I was quite sceptical as I tried so many other skin care products and nothing has worked. This is no longer the case these TMPL products are fantastic I noticed in such a short while that my face felt smoother and no longer have the shiny greasy face, at last I’ve found something that works I will be using these from now on, I’ve recommended TMPL to my friends and family. The ordering process was was simple and as we've all come to expect. I found the website easy to use and there's lots of information on usage, skin types and ingredients. I knew exactly what I was getting and what to expect. The branding is excellent, very on trend, although the writing is a little small, but that might be more about my need for reading glasses. I'm now on my second set and am enjoying the experience. The fragrance is quite neutral and certainly not offensive or overpowering. The starter kit which is three steps, is more than I was used to do, but I have always washed and moisturised twice a day, so it's not too much more. The products leave my face feeling clean and well cared for.

I love the feel of the new products as they’re not too soapy and are easy to apply onto the skin plus they smell great! The only thing I’m thinking is I would’ve preferred to have larger products!

The moisturiser feels great on the skin but not too keen on the smell. It may be the sunflower oil as it can go rancid quickly, which doesn't compromise the stability of the formulation that much but makes it smell weird

I purchased for my bf and brother, products look great and I tried some of the moisturiser and it felt super nice on my face. Happy to have got these will sneakily try the cleanser and toner too :) Just one little thing about the packaging which was great, there’s just sooo much of the biodegradable peanuts in there (I think that’s what they’re called) my little brother had loads of fun playing with it but I definitely think you could put less in there :) overall great experience thanks!

I stumbled upon TMPL and what caught my eye was that it had ingredients especially aimed at black men. I purchased the starter skincare, and I have been throughly impressed. The stuff is good, leaves your face feeling good, it also smells good. Only been using it for a week or so but liking it so far

I have just started using all 3 product's (cleanser, toner and moisturiser), so far it's been excellent. It's only been a few weeks, but the moisturiser has definitely improved my skin.

Previously I had mild irritation bumps from shaving. But, after a few days of use I could feel and see the difference. Temple are now my go to products. Support our “Brothers” as their products will take care of you.

The packaging needs to be bigger. The starter pack last less than a month, especially the toner. Very good products just need to be bigger in size.

I was very sceptical at first because this is the first time I’ve ordered a skin care routine off the recommendation of a friend. We’re in our 30s and we’re looking after ourselves more, and one thing I’d say is, I’ve used Cerave, laroshe possay and all those other skin care routines, and this is on par with them, so will deffo be buying again. Very easy on the skin too, no adverse effects from initial use. I mix the face cream with a little spf 50 Sun cream though, just cause I feel most creams by themselves don’t offer that UV protection. Other than that, really good.
